# 边写边引一般设置

依次打开 Word >> EndNote工具栏 >> Preferences

**Open EndNote When Starting Word：**选中时打开 Word 时同时打开 EndNote

**Close EndNote When Leaving Word：** 选中时关闭 Word 也会同时关闭 EndNote，但是前提是在 Word 中已插入过文献/p>

**Return to Document After Inserting Citations：**插入引文后直接回到 Word，如果不选中在 EndNote 中插入引文时，Word 还是会在后台

**Enable Instant Formatting on new Word documents：**新建 Wor d时 Instant Formatting on 或 Instant Formatting off 开关。已有 Word 关闭 Instant Formatting on 或 Instant Formatting off 参阅[临时格式化](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/10Word/Instant_Formatting.htm)

**Turn off Word’s “Show field codes instead of their values” option when opening or updating documents that include citations**EndNote 使用的扩展域代码来格式化引文，如果显示域代码，那么就会显得混乱。这个选项就是自动关闭 Word的「显示域代码而非域值」选项的。如果选中该项，那么在Word中「显示域代码而非域值」选项就不可用。参阅[Word 的域代码](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/10Word/Field_Codes.htm)。不建议在 Word 中查看域代码，这个选项可以保证能在 Word 中正确插入引文
