# 多个文件生成参考文献目录

**方法**

1. 在 EndNote 中依次打开菜单 Tools >> Format Paper >> Format Paper
2. 在[格式化窗口](/rtf/format-paper.md)中选择「Scan Next」，选择另外一个未格式化的文件，并重复添加完毕多个子文件
3. 选择相应的输出格式，并「Format」

在格式化文件过程中，EndNote 会把每个子文件都保存为一个格式化的新文件，并在**最后一个文件**中添加这几个子文件的所有参考文献
