# 滤件管理器

EndNote 有数百个导入滤件，默认只提供常用数据库的导入滤件。滤件默认存储于 EndNote 文件下的 Filters 子文件夹内。用户可以安装新的滤件，详见[安装滤件](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/filters/21InstallingEndNote/Installing_Additional_Filters.htm)。

打开滤件管理器方法，依次打开菜单 Edit >> Import Filters >> Open Filter Manager

滤件管理器内有存储于 EndNote 文件下的 Filters 子文件夹可用滤件，以及个人滤件文件夹的修改过的滤件。可以把滤件设置为偏好滤件，或者编辑滤件。可以拖放对话框的右上角改变滤件窗口的大小。

**下面的方法可以快速找到自己想要的滤件**

* 如果知道滤件的名称，可以输入滤件的第一个字母
* 使用 Find By 按钮选择数据库公司的名称(如 Ovid )，然后查看该公司的滤件
* 使用 Find By 按钮，然后选择 All Filters 可以显示所有滤件
* 选择一个列然后根据滤件的名字或者数据库公司进行排序。选择一个列的名称可以升序或者降序排列，再点一次排序就与上次相反，降序或者升序排序
* 选择 More Info 按钮可以显示所选择的滤件的更多信息

### 偏好滤件设置

当用户经常使用一个滤件，可以选中该滤件，把滤件前面的方框□选中，就可以设置为偏好滤件。设置好的偏好滤件会出现在导入对话框中的 Import Options 列表中，这样可以在列表快速选择导入滤件。

如果想把某个数据库公司的滤件设置为偏好滤件，在 Find By 按钮数据库公司的名称，然后使用 Mark All 可以全部设置为偏好滤件，再使用 Unmark All 可以取消偏好滤件
