# 预设文献类型

[文献类型列表](/reference-types/list-of-reference-types.md)显示了53种不同文献类型使用的哪些栏目，以及每个栏目的名称，可以比较每个文献类型与通用文献类型之间栏目名的差异，特殊栏目名详见[特殊栏目名](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/14RefTypes/Special_Fields.htm)

### 文献类型注意事项

* 可以为每个文献指定一个特定的文献类型
* [文献类型设置](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/18Prefs/Reference_Types.htm)可以指定不同文献类型的每个字段名
* 文献类型设置最多支持53种不同的文献类型(包括通用文献类型)，每个文献类型最多支持指定54个字段名(包括文献类型名称
* 53个文献类型除了通用文献类型外都可以修改
* 文献类型设置可以增加，删除或者重命名字段名，也可以增加或者隐藏某一文献类型
* 通用文献类型的样式是修改和创建文献类型的指南，作者一行是保留行，仅用于作者姓名
* 文献类型设置对当前用户下的所有EndNote数据库适用
* 如果在不同电脑间移动数据库，文献类型设置取决于当前电脑当前用户下的设置，如果想同步设置，可以导出文献类型表并在另一台电脑上导入，详见[分享文献类型](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/reference-types/Sharing_Your_RefTypeTable.htm)
* 「Do not enter reference data into the Reference Types preference」此对话框仅是为了存储文献字段名
* 在 Word 中插入引文时，Chart or Table 文献类型中图像以表格形式插入，其他文类型图像以图像形式插入
