# 打开附件

文献中如果存在有效的超连接和附件，可以通过附件图标或者网址打开，或者通过依次菜单 References >> URL >> Open URL 或 File Attachments >>  > Open File 的方式打开

必需系统中有打开文件的默认程序，如打开 PDF 附件，必需安装有 Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Acrobat Reader 或其他能打开 PDF 的程序。 [科研动力](http://www.howsci.com)建议使用PDFXCviewr打开PDF，详见 [说说我常用的那些软件](http://www.howsci.com/softwares-used-of-mine.html)。同样 EndNote 没有内置网页浏览器，也需要调用系统的浏览器， [科研动力](http://www.howsci.com)建议使用Chorome，详见 [说说我常用的那些软件](http://www.howsci.com/softwares-used-of-mine.html)。

### EndNote 的打开命令

依次打开菜单 References >>  URL >>  Open URL (Ctrl+G) 和Attachments >>  Open File (Ctrl +Alt+P)，但是事先要满足以下条件：

* 选中一个文献，如果有多个 URL 的话打开 URL 命令只会打开该文献的第一个 URL
* 如果选中多个文献，会同时打开选中的文献的第一个附件或者 URL
* 一个文献如果有多个 URL 或者附件，只会打开第一个 URL 或者附件，如想全部打开，需要点击每个 URL 或者附件。[科研动力](http://www.howsci.com)建议 URL 每行一个，如果把多个 URL 输入一行，也要使用分号区分。

**双击文献打开编辑窗口时**

找到 URL 或者附件图标直接点击打开，或者依次打开菜单 References >> URL >> Open URL (Ctrl+G)，附件的打开方式可以点击附件图标，或者依次打开菜单 References >> File Attachment >> Open File (Ctrl+Alt+P)。
