# 重格式化文章

### 重格式化为不同输出格式

1. 在 EndNote 中依次打开菜单 Tools >> Format Paper >> Format Paper，选择未格式化的原始文件
2. 在[格式化窗口](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/rtf/The_Citation_Matches_Win.htm)选择一个新的输出格式
3. Format
4. 另存为一个新文件

**重要：**需要修改文章时，要在未格式化的原始文件中修改

### 增加新的参考文献

在原始未格式化的文件中插入新引文，然后利用上面的方法重新格式化
