# 创建多个参考文献列表

EndNote 默认是在文末生成参考文献列表，但是如果某一个文章是分章节的，需要在每个章节后插入文献列表，此时需要输出格式的[章节设置](/output-style/additional-style-formatting-options/sections.md)

**注：**该功能在 EndNote X7 以前版本不可用。实例：[EndNote 同一文章的插入不同编号参考文献的方法](http://www.howsci.com/how-to-insert-citation-with-different-number.html)

### 第一步：在 Word 中把内容分成不同章节

光标放置在需要分章节的地方，依次选择「页面布局」 >> 「分隔符」 >> 「分节符」 >> 「下一页」( Word 2010 )。在[合并多个子文件为一个主文件时生成参考文献列表](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/bibliographies/Creating_a_Bib_frMultDocs.htm)插入的每个子文档也都是一个章节

### 第二步：根据需要修改输出格式

有的格式已经是分章节创建参考文献列表了，如 APA 5th (sections)，APA 6th (sections) 或 Chicago 15th B (sections)。可以直接使用这些格式

但是如果需要的输出格式与上面的格式不一样，就需要自己根据一个相近的输出格式修改或者创建一个

建议根据一个相近的输出格式进行修改，参阅[复制输出格式](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/15Styles/Copying_Styles.htm)中提到的方法把原格式复制为一个新的格式

接下来就是修改了，主要根据需要修改[章节设置](/output-style/additional-style-formatting-options/sections.md)

* **Create a single, complete bibliography at the end of the document：**默认设置，在文末生成一个参考文献列表
* **Create a bibliography for each section in the document：**不同章节生成不同的参考文献列表
* **Create a bibliography for each section and also a complete bibliography at the end of the document：**不同章节生成不同参考文献列表，并且文末再生成一个完整的参考文献列表

修改完毕保存输出格式

### 第三步：利用新输出格式重新格式化文章

在 EndNote 工具栏选择上述设置的输出格式即要格式化文章

### 几点说明

文章中使用章节时，注意：

* EndNote 会在每个章节和参考文献列表间插入一个空白行
* 输出格式如果设置为「Create a bibliography for each section and a complete bibliography at the end of the document」，但是文中只有一个章节，参考文献列表会出现两次，一个是在章节后，一个是在文章后
