# 关联术语表和栏目

依次打开菜单 Tools >> Link Term Lists 可以关联术语表和栏目。当关联术语表和栏目时，可以方便数据输入。EndNote 还可以自动更新关联栏目的输入术语。关联术语表和特定栏目，可以在关联栏目输入数据时自动完成数据输入。每个栏目仅可关联一个术语表，但是术语表可以关联多个栏目

EndNote 的3个预设术语表 (Authors，Journals 和 Keywords)早已关联相应的栏目，任何新建术语表都没有关联栏目，除非手动关联相应的栏目。每个 EndNote 数据加的术语表和栏目的关联是可以是不同的

**关联术语表和栏目方法**

1. 打开一个 EndNote 数据库
2. 依次打开菜单 Tools >> Link Term Lists
3. 确保该操作是在当前 EndNote 数据窗口下，如果不是在下拉列表中选择 EndNote 数据库
4. 选择需要关联的栏目，在右侧下拉列表中选择相应的数据表
5. OK 保存改变并关闭对话框

**注：**一个术语表关联多个栏目后，应该确保术语表更新过，依次打开菜单 Tools >> Define Term Lists  >> List >> Update List
