# 两个EndNote 工具栏

如果安装了一个旧版本的 EndNote，之后又安装 EndNote X7,可能在 Word 中出现两个工具栏，因此旧版本的工具栏没有去除

解决方法：在 Word 依次打开 文件 >> 选项 >> 加载项，删除旧版本的工具栏文件
