# 重复文献设置

依次打开菜单 Edit >> Preferences >> Duplicatesz

此处是告诉 EndNote 如何处理重复文献的，利用[查找重复文献](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/08Search/Finding_DuplicateRefs.htm)时，如何判断两个文献是重复的标准就是在这里设置的，并且在线检索时对于重复文献如何处理

EndNote 默认的是 Author, Year, Title 匹配就认为是重复文献，当然也可以自己选择设置。此处的字段名是通用名称，不同文献类型的通用名称或以参阅[文献类型列表](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/Appendices/List_of_Reference_Types.htm)。

### Criteria

匹配标准，建议选择 Ignore spacing and punctuation

### Online Search Results

在线检索时如果本地数据中有重复文献怎么办，建议选中 Automatically discards duplicate references

**注：**上述选项不适用于[Formatting](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/preferences/Formatting.htm)中的「Merge Duplicates in Bibliography」选项
