# 偏好连接文件

EndNote 提供不同在线数据库的数百种[连接文件](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/17ConnectFiles/Intro_to_Connectn_Files.htm)，查看这些连接文件可以依次打开菜单 Edit >> Connection Files >> Open Connection Manager。这些连接文件多存储于 EndNote 安装文件夹 Connections 子文件夹下，个人修改的文件存储于个人文件夹下，详见[文件夹设置](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/18Prefs/Folder_Locations.htm)

如果经常用到某个连接文件，可以设置为偏好连接文件，最多可以设置500个连接文件。这样在左侧面板就可以直接选择偏好连接文件

**偏好连接文件设置方法**

* 依次打开菜单 Edit >> Connection Files >> Open Connection Manager，输入连接文件的首字母可以快速找到连接文件
* 选择 Find By 按键可以显示在线数据库供应商下的连接文件
