## 功能的改进

* PDF 自动重命名
* 可以在 PowePoint 插入文献了
* 参考文献可以分类显示
* 新的文献类型，如 Interview, Podcast, Conference Paper, Press Release 等
* 列表可以拖放进行排序
* 改进的同步功能，支持iPad同步
* 可以同步分组信息
* 添加未读和已读选项。
* 字段内容可以批量复制
* 可以搜索整个数据库，并且支持布尔运算符
* 改进持自动更新功能

## 激活的改变

苹果和 Windows 的序列号和产品密钥可以跨平台使用，并且可以在3台电脑上使用相同的密钥

Reference Manager (8-12) 用户购买EndNote密钥仅需支付升级价格即可，使用原来的密钥可以激活EndNote

## Web of Science 的改变

* Web of Knowledge All Databases 改名为 Web of Science™ All Databases
* Web of Science 改名为 Web of Science™ Core Collection
* Web of Science Core Collection 支持14个科研数据库，并且可以同时检索所有订阅的数据库
* 科研单位可以订阅两个以上 Web of Science支持的科研数据库
