# 即时格式化

即时格式化可以一边写作一边插入文献，所插入的文献根据输出格式立即格式化成相应的格式。默认这个功能是打开的

未格式化的文件或者新文件，当即时格式化功能是打开的时候，手动输入文献的时候也。不会触发这个功能。只有插入引文或者格式化引文后，这个功能就会启动，再次手动输入引文也会即时格式化

在 Word 中使用即时格式化功能，必须 Word 的自动更正功能打开 CWYW。依次打开 Word >> 文件 >> 选项 >> 校对 >> 自动更正选项 >> 操作，确保「EndNote (CWYW Citation Recognizer)」选项是选中的( Word 2010操作过程，其他版本没有，操作也差不多)

打开或者关闭即时格式化功能

1. Word 中选择 EndNote 工具栏
2. 选择「Instant Formatting is..,」下拉菜单
3. 即时格式化功能会在打开或关闭间进行切换
4. Configure Instant Fomatting\

   **Scan for temporary citations：**设置扫描临时引文的时间\

   **Check for citation changes：**检索引文的改变
