# 同步过程

EndNote 可以在 EndNote 本地数据库和在线数据间进行同步

* EndNote 桌面版是本地文献管理工具
* EndNote online 是 EndNote 桌面版的在线版本

同步可能保持 EndNote 本地数据库和在线数据库一致，同步一般是从 EndNote 启动，同步时还可以选择仅同步特定的组和文献。EndNote还可以同步组

**同步过程要点**

* 一个账号可以免费同步2年，同步的文献数量没有限制，但是附件最多5G
* 可以同步组，群组，但是不包括智能组和复合组，这在后续版本中会加入这个功能
* 利用同步功能可以使用不同电脑间的数据库保持一致
* 同步完成后，EndNote 在线会在分享组前有个分享图标，分享组可以与同事进行分享文献
* 如果某个组不能确定群组会归于 Unfiled Groups，可在 EndNote 数据库拖放到合适群组内
* EndNote 8.0 以后的版本可以选择同步某一数据
* 同步的数据库可在同步设置中更改
* EndNote 早期版本的所有附件会转换为实际附件
* 兼容同步 EndNote X6 的所有数据
* EndNote X5 数据库需要转换
* 只能同步一个数据库和设置一个在线账号
* 多个不同版本的 EndNote 转换和同步一起使用可能导致重复文献
* 可以使用 Find Duplicates 删除重复文献
* 垃圾箱内的文献也可以同步，相应的会同步到在线版的垃圾箱中
* Online Search Mode 下不能进行同步
* 如有 ResearcherID 账号，My Publications，Publication Lists 1 和 2 会归于 Unfiled 组
* 关闭数据库时，EndNote 会自动同步
