# 手动插入术语

如果关闭了自动完成功能，仍可以在文献中手动插入术语

**利用术语表窗口在文献中插入术语**

1. 打开一个文献，光标放置于需要插入术语的地方
2. 依次打开菜单 Tools >> Open Term Lists，选择一个术语表，并打开 Terms 术语列表。\
   \
   或者在文献的 Author，Journal 或 Keywords 字段中同时按下 Ctrl+1 显示要术语列表
3. 双击一个术语或者单击一个术语然后选择右侧的 Insert Term 就可直接插入术语了

如果同时插入多个术语，先在术语表中选择多个术语，然后回车或者选择右侧的 Insert Term 即可插入多个数据。
