# 期刊名称输入要点

**期刊列表不必使用缩写，但是要记住以下几点**

* 一个术语中输入同一期刊名称和其缩写形式
* 每一列中输入一个的缩写形式，如期刊 Index Medicus 第一个缩写形式在 Abbreviation 1 中输入，另个一种缩写形式在 Abbreviation 2 中输入等等
* 插入术语时，只改变每个期刊第一个术语 ( Full Journal 输入框)
* 引文格式的缩写选项决定参考文献的期刊名称(见[参考文献期刊缩写](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/term-lists/Creating_Bibs_WJrnlAbrvs.htm))
* 格式化参考文献时 EndNote 可以移除缩写中的空格，但不能增加空格
