# 保存文件为其他格式

格式化引文在 Word 中是一个域，与创建文件的 Word 版本有联系，有些版本之间的域可以兼容(如 Word 2007, 2010, 2013 )

如果使用不同版本的 Word 打开文件，或者把文件保存为另外的一种格式，可能会丢失格式化引文信息

如果真打算使用两种不同的程序或者不同版本的 Word，甚至不同平台的 Word，应该在把引文转换成未格式化状态，或者移除域代码

* **未格式化引文：**也称临时引文，详见[未格式化引文](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/sharing/Unformatting_Citations.htm)，可能把未格式化引文保存为 RTF 文件，再使用[格式化文件](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/11RTF/Basic_Instructions.htm)的方法格式化
* **移除域代码：**当 [移除域代码](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/sharing/Removing_Field_Codes.htm)时，会保存一个备份，该备份是正常文本，没有链接和域代码

**注：**Word 2007,2010 和 2013 间的域代码相互兼容。因此这几个版本的 Word 文件可以相互打开
