# 漫游数据库

每个格式化的引文都保存为[域代码](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/sharing/Field_Codes.htm) ，域代码中包含文献的所有信息。文件也包含「漫游数据库」中引用的文献

当第一次格式化引文时，EndNote 会查找数据库中相应的文献。如果是再次格式化，EndNote 也会查找相应的文献。但是，如果 EndNote 的数据库不可用或者未打开，EndNote 会使用漫游数据库的信息

因为格式化引文中都含有文献信息，因此可以和同事分享文件，而且同事不必需要同样的 EndNote 数据库

每个引文中的文献信息不包括注释，摘要和图片

**注：**如果数据库中没有原始的文献，不要把引文转换成未格式状态。未格式化引文不像格式化引文，未格式化引文需要相应的EndNote数据库支持，这样才能格式化文章
