# 16. PowePoint 中插入文献

在 PowePoint 的 EndNote 工具栏可以插入引文和参考文献，格式基于输出格式

**推荐在 PowePoint 中插入引文时，先选择输出格式。因为再次选择输出格式也不会更新 PowePoint 中的引文和参考文献格式**

该功能适用于 PowePoint 2007, 2010, 2013。在 PowePoint 中打开 EndNote 工具栏

**Insert Citation**

可打开查找文献对话框，可以查找相应的文献并插入

**Insert Selected Citation(s)**

先在 EndNote 数据库选择需要插入的文献，然后在 PowePoint 中使用该项可以插入选中的文献

**Insert Reference**

选择该项可以插入参考文献，同样是打开查找窗口，打开需要的文献即可插

**Insert Selected Reference(s)**

先在 EndNote 数据库选择需要插入的文献，然后在 PowePoint 中使用该项可以插入选中的文献

**Styles**

选择相应的输出格式。这个要在插入文献前选择，插入后再选择新的输出格式也不起作用

**Go to EndNote**

回到 EndNote 程序窗口
