# 格式化参考文献

任何时候都可以格式化或者重新格式化参考文献，参考文献的格式基于所使用的输出格式

**格式化参考文献方法**

1. 在EndNote工具栏，选择「Bibliography」组右下角的箭头

2. Format Bibliography 有关设置\
   \
   **Format：**: 确保是要格式化的文件\
   \
   **With outputL**选择合适的输出格式，显示更多格式可见[添加常用输出格式](/cwyw/bibliographies/adding-styles-to-the-output-styles-menu.md)\
   \
   **Temporary citation delimiters：**临时引文的标识符\
   \
   **Link in-text citations to references in the bibliography：**选中可以在引文和参考文献间建立链接\
   \
   **Underline linked in-text citations：**选中时文中引文添加下划线

3. Layout tab 有关设置\
   \
   **Font** 和 **Size：**参考文献字体和大小\
   \
   **Bibliography title：**此处输入参考文献目录标题\
   \
   **Text Format：**选中参考文献目录标题，此处设置标题的字体\
   \
   **Start with bibliography number：**参考文献开始编号的起始号码\
   \
   **First line** 和 **Hanging：**缩进和悬挂设置，单位是厘米 (cm)，英寸 (in), 列表 (li)或点 (pt)\
   \
   **Line** 和 **Space：**行间距

4. [即时格式化](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/bibliographies/Instant_Formatting.htm)功能可打开或关闭都可

5. 在 EndNote 窗口最上方查看是否是需要的数据库

6. 确定即可格式化(选择「Bibliography」组右下角的箭头打开的窗口中确定)
