# 索书号作为作为主题标题

要以使用「Call Numbers」创建两列的主题目录，如：

| DL312 | Forbes, C. S. (1860). Iceland:Its volcanoes, geysers, and glaciers. London, J. Murray. |
| ----- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |

**创建方法**

1. 依次打开菜单 Tools >> Subject Bibliography，选择「Call Number」
2. 选择一个不是数字型的输出格式
3. 依次打开 Layout >> Terms
   * 选择「Subject Terms and Reference」和「Repeating Subject Terms」
   * 取消选中「Subject Term Counts」和「List of Record IDs」
   * 「Suffix」中插入一个制表符后缀，输入「^t」
4. 保存主题目录为 RTF 文件
5. 使用 Word 打开该文件，转换成两列表格
