# 格式化图表说明

* 不能同时使用 Word 中的图片说明和 EndNote 的插入图片说明
* 「Chart or Table」类文献中的图片以表格形式插入，标记和编号和图片分开
* 如果的打开已有图片引文文件(不是 EndNote 插入的图片)，这些文件不包含在图片列表中，需要使用 EndNote 再次插入已有图片
* 可以格式化图片，放置在段落后或者整个文件后，详见[Word 中的图表](/preferences/cwyw-figures-and-tables-preferences.md)
* 即时格式化功能不适用于图片，文中插入的图片在插入时是格式化的。如果移动或者删除图片引文后，需要再次格式化文章
* 图表的说明取决于文献中 Caption 字段中的内容
* 如果引文中有多个图片引文，同样的图片和说明的编号一样，并且在图片列表中仅出现一次
* 图片间可以插入分页
