# 查找并插入图表

可以查找并在 Word 中插入图表，文献 Figure 字段中的图表命名为 figure 或自定义名称

**注：**可插入的文件类型取决于 Word 版本，例如有的 Word 就不能插入 PDF 文件

**插入文献中的图表方法**

1. 打开 EndNote 数据库
2. 在 Word 中把光标放置在需要插入图片的地方
3. 在 EndNote 工具栏依次选择 Insert Citation >> Insert Figure
4. 在上面的输入框中输入图片说明 (Caption 字段) 的部分单词
5. 选择「Find」，EndNote 会显示符合的图片的文献，选择文献可以显示其图片附件
6. 选中需要插入的图片的文献，然后「Insert」即可插入

EndNote 会同时插入的图片说明文字

**注：**「Chart or Table」类文献中的图片以表格形式插入

**注：**即时格式化功能不适用于图表，插入图表时不管即时格式化如何选择，都会立即格式化
