# 5. 组和群组

组可以轻松的把大量的文献分类，组又可以归类于群组类，这对文献的组织管理很有用

### 组

[EndNote](http://www.howsci.com/tag/endnote/) 有很多种组，有的组是自动产生的，有的组是暂时性的，而有的组是自己建立的。

**永久组：**包括 All References, Unfiled, 和 Trash 组。这些组不能移动或者重命名。所有文献组包含数据库中所有文献，未定义组是未分类的文献，垃圾箱是删除的文献，这些删除文献暂时保存在垃圾箱，如果清除垃圾箱可以把文献永久删除。

**注：**[EndNote](http://www.howsci.com/tag/endnote/) 的组或者群组有的可以重命名删除，有的却不能。但是删除组或者群组不会删除该组下的文献

**临时组：**包括 Copied References, Duplicate References, Imported References, Search Results, 和Full Text组。这些组是临时性的自动建立的，当关闭数据库或者[EndNote](http://www.howsci.com/tag/endnote/) 后这些组自动消失。

**自定义组：**这是我们自己手动建立的组，可以通过拖放的形式进行排序或者分类到另外一个群组。自定义组以字母顺序进行排序，可以在组面板上方的 My Library 点击进行正序或者倒序排列。点击某个组可以显示该组下的所有文献。

**智能组：**可以使用一定的标准自动把符合标准的文献自动分到智能组。

**复合组：**使用复合组可以更好的组织[EndNote](http://www.howsci.com/tag/endnote/) 数据库文献，复合组使用 AND, OR, 和 NOT建立新的智能组。可以搜集复合组中搜集智能组和自定义组文献。

**Online Search：**可以使用在线数据库轻松的检索文献。

**Find Full Text：**该组是暂时组，当查找全文时该组才出现。

### 群组

[群组](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/Using_CustGroup_Sets.htm)包含很多自定义组和智能组以及复合组，自定义的群组可以重命名和移动，但是有些群组是永久性的，不能移动和重命名。
