# 15.4 分享文章

可以和同事分享 Word 文件，每个格式化的引文都包含域代码，域代码中包含文献所有信息(见[漫游数据库](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/The_Traveling_Library.htm))

如果想转换文件为旧版本的 Word 格式或者其他文字处理软件格式，需要保存前把引文转换成[未格式化引文](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/Unformatting_Citations.htm)，然后再保存分享。得到分享的同事须有相应的 EndNote 数据库才能重新格式化文件

如果是最终版本，也可以[移除域代码](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/Removing_Field_Codes.htm)把引文和参考文献转换为文本
