# 数据库中删除引用的文献

第一次格式化引文，EndNote 使用未格式化引文信息在打开的数据库中查找相应的文献。格式化后，EndNote 再次在数据库查找这个文献。如果文献从数据库删除，EndNote 会采用 Word 的隐藏[域编码](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/Field_Codes.htm)中的文献信息(见[漫游数据库](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/cwyw/The_Traveling_Library.htm))

因此如果在数据库删除了某个引文的文献，在隐藏域编码中仍会有这个文献信息

但是，未格式化的引文是个临时状态，引文未格式化时，在数据库中删除了引文的文献，EndNote 就不能查找相应的文献信息并格式化了

如果在数据库再次添加这个文献，这个文献的编号就不同于上次，需要在 Word 中重新插入

### 文献编号

在数据库中添加文献时，EndNote 都会给这个文献一个独有的编号，这个编号可以保证格式化后是临时引文时的文献。如下面的 # 号后的 11 就是这个文献在数据库中的编号

编号同样在文献编辑窗口上方可以看到

**注意**

* 编号是文献添加到 EndNote 数据库中 EndNote 自动赋予的编号
* 两个数据库的同一文献编号不一样
* 数据库不会重排编号，文献删除后其编号也不会再被其他文献所使用
* 编辑不能修改
* 与其他用户分享文献时不建议不使用编号，使用 Label 字段内输入的独特标签是较好的选择

文献删除再添加后，两次的编号不一样，因此如果是引文这个文献，需要重新插入一次
