# 添加附件

EndNote 可以为文献添加图表，Word 文件，电子表格或者 PDF 等附件。附件选项只在一个文献打开后或者编辑窗口才可用。

### 添加附件方法

1. 选择一个文献并打开
2. 依次打开菜单 References >> File Attachments >> Attach File
3. 在打开的对话框中选择需要添加的附件
4. 注意对话框下文的选项「Copy this file to the default file attachments folder and create a relative link」

* 如果选中 EndNote 则把附件拷贝到数据库中的 DATA 文件夹中，[科研动力](http://www.howsci.com)强烈建议选中该项。
* 如果不选中 EndNote 只是添加一个链接，附件还是存储于原来的位置

    5\. 选择「打开」

EndNote 会显示一个图标，表明该文献有附件了。最多可以在附件区插入45个文件

**注：**为了不同平台之间的兼容性，附件名称如有下列字符并且保存于 DATA 文件夹时，EndNote 将会替换为下划线

### 文献中输入附件路径

1. 打开文献
2. 在任何文本输入的地方输入或者粘贴文件路径，如

file:///C:/Documents/Word%20Tips.pdf

EndNote 会显示文件的全部路径，路径也会变成超连接，可以点击连接打开文件。注意文件名有如果有空格会替换为「%20」
