# 预览格式

在格式管理器中选择 More Info 可以显示输出格式的信息(当选择更多信息时，按钮就变成了少量信息，再次点击可以隐藏面板)。信息面板可以显示所选择的输出格式更多细节信息。

### 使用信息和预览

* **格式信息：**该信息在格式编辑器中，显示了创建和编辑的细节，类型，基于什么建立，以及使用限制等信息
* **预览格式：**在文献窗口中预览格式可以看到该格式下各种文献类型是如何格式化的

### 使用文献预览格式

[EndNote](http://www.howsci.com/tag/endnote/) 使用格式预览器预览格式，如果想使用自己的文献预览格式：

1. 在格式管理器中，标记格式为偏好格式，这样可以添加到格式菜单中
2. F依次打开菜单Edit >> Output Styles，选择一个格式
3. 打开数据库库然后选择预览面板
4. 选择任意文献看其预览面板中的显示情况

预览面板只能一次显示一个文献，如果想显示一组文献，需要使用复制命令把预览信息复制记事本查看

1. 依次打开菜单Edit >> Output Styles，选择一种格式
2. 选择多个文献，然后依次打开菜单Edit >> Copy Formatted，或者局势键 Ctrl+K
3. 把信息粘贴到记事本，就可以看到这几个文献的格式了

或者依次打开菜单File >> Print Preview也可以
