# 重命名 PDF 对话框

依次打开菜单 Edit >> Preferences >> PDF Handling >> Custom

自定义选项，选择该项可以跳出一个对话框，有三个选项，根据需要自己设置喜欢的重命名方式即可

但是不可以选择以下内容作为重命名的选项

* Figure
* File Attachments
* Last Updated
* Rating
* Read Status

PDF 重命名支持最多 50 个字符，包括句号 (.) 和文件扩展名。如果超过 50 个字符， EndNote 会自动截断

### 自定义重命名 PDF 方法

在对话框中最多可以选择 3 个字段名

**Choose First：**第一个字段名

**Then：**第二个字段名，不选则为「None」

**Then：**第三个字段名，不选则为「None」

**注：**如果选择的字段名中没有内容，EndNote 插入破折号代替

### 批量重命名多个文献的 PDF 附件

如果以前没有重命名 PDF，可以后来再重命名，支持批量

1. 在数据库窗口中选择多个有 PDF 附件的文献
2. 依次打开菜单 References >> File Attachments >> Rename PDFs
3. 在新跳出的对话框中，如上面所述进行选择重命名的方法
