# 不同版本

### EndNote 8-EndNote X6

EndNoteX7完全兼容 EndNote 8 到 EndNote X6 的数据库，因此 EndNote X7 可以不需要转换轻松打开 EndNote 8 到 EndNote X6 的数据库

### EndNote 8以前版本

EndNote X7.1 不兼容 EndNote 7 或更早期版本，因此 EndNote X7.1 打开 EndNote 5, 6, 或 7 的数据库时，需要转换成 EndNote X7 数据库格式

打开转换早期版本数据库方法

1. 打开 EndNote
2. 依次打开菜单 File >> Open >> Open Librar
3. 在新的对话框中打到旧版本数据库位置，选中打开，此时 EndNote 会问你打开的是一个早期版本的数据库，要不要转换
4. 当然要转换了，OK
5. 设置新数据库名称和保存位置

EndNote 保留旧版本数据库，转换成 EndNote X7 数据库一份

**注：** 必须使用 EndNote X 及其以后版本访问转换过的数据库
