# 导入

使用 Import 命令导入其他数据库的文献

**注：** 合并数据库前，最好备份目标数据库

## 导入另一数据库文献方法

1. 如果想导入一数据库中的部分文献，首先打开这个数据库，然后复制需要导出的文献。如果数据库被锁定或者是只读模式，无论如何选择都是导入所有文献。
2. 打开目标数据库
3. 菜单 File >> Import >> File
4. 找到文件所在目录，然后确定
5. [导入选项](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/lib/07Import/Import_Option_List.htm)中选择 EndNote Library
6. 重复文献处理方法

* * **Import All：**导入所有文献
  * **Discard Duplicates：**不导入重复文献
  * **Import into Duplicates Library：**重复文献导入XX-Dupl.enl数据库，XX代表导入目标数据库名称

EndNote 默认认为文献的作者，发表时间，题目和文献类型一样即为重复文献。如果想更改重复鉴别标准请参阅：[重复文献选项](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/lib/18Prefs/Duplicates.htm)

1. Text Translation 选项是设置为 No Translation。EndNote 会正确转换 Unicode 扩展字符
2. 选择 Import 导入文件

**注：**导入时间取决于数据库大小

导入完成后，数据库窗口会显示所导入的新文献。此时使用[栏目批量编辑](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/lib/05EditRef/Change_Fields.htm)命令为为每个导入的文献添加关键词，或者检查导入的数据，以确保它们是所希望导入的数据。仔细检查包含扩展字符的文献

选择All References组则显示数据库所有文献，当然也包含新导入的文献
