# 文献类型和数据输入

文献设定文献类型后在文献查看窗口会有很多栏目，例如，EndNote 的杂志文献类型就包括「Journal」「Volume」 和「Issue」等栏目，书籍包括「Publisher」和「City」等栏目。文献查看窗口仅显示与选择的文献类型相关的栏目。

在每个字段中输入数据时，最好是先选择好文献类型。但是任何时候都可以在文献查看窗口的 Reference Type 列表中选择新的文献类型

### 文献类型和输出格式，滤件以及连接文件之间的关系

输出格式，滤件和连接文件可以包含不同文献类型的模板，这样可以保证格式化或者导入不同文献类型的文献

在编辑输出格式，滤件或者连接文件时，文献字段的名称和数量基于文献类型，如果改变文献类型，字段名也相应的自动发生改变
