# 关于本连接文件面板

打开连接文件编辑窗口，首先显示的是 About this Connection 面板，这个面板里的信息是对该连接文件进行说明的，里面要文字对连接文件的功能没有任何影响

**Name：** 显示连接文件名称，这个名称是存储在 EndNote 文件下的连接文件名称，这里的名称不能通过连接文件编辑窗口更改，如需更改打开 EndNote 的连接文件存储文件夹，然后利用操作系统重命名方式进行重命名

**Based On：**基于什么创建，一般是数据库的名称或者网址。如果是根据其他连接文件修改而来，可以填上其他连接文件的原始名称

**Category：**这个分类一般是数据库公司的名称，如 OVID。这个分类有利于组织和管理连接文件

**Created：**建立或者安装日期

**Last Modified：**最后修改日期

**Comments and Limitations：**这里输入的信息可以是在线检索的方法了，限制条件了等等，有利于连接文件使用的信息都可以在这里输入

在连接文件管理器时选择更多信息时，就是显示这里的所有信息
