# 主题目录目录样式设置

依次打开菜单Tools >> Subject Bibliography 生成主题目录时，当显示列表时，选择「Layout」即可打开主题目录的设置，可以打开文献目录的样式设置「Bibliography Layout」

此处的设置仅影响主题目录内的文献，不影响简单主题列表

**注：**当选择一个输出格式时，此处的设置会覆盖输出格式中的相应的设置，但是此处设置在关闭主题目录窗口后不会保存。如果想永久的应用修改，需要编辑输出格式

### Starting Each Reference with 和 Ending Each Reference with

「Start each reference with」和「Start each reference with」可以输入字段，文本。这样的格式化的文献的前后增加新的内容

要以手动输入内容，也可以选择「Insert Field」可以插入一些内容

* Start each reference with」和「Start each reference with」都要插入的内容
* * **End of Paragraph：**段落标记，一面的内容新起一行

    **Tab：**制表符

    **Forced Separation：**插入一个竖线，可以附加特殊字段，如果该字段为空，就不会显示前面的内容

    例如想在笔记字段前面包含「Note:」，首先插入一个竖线，然后输入「Note:」，插入「Notes」字段，然后再插入一个竖线。当笔记内有信息时，才显示「Notes:」，如果没有内容，就不显示「Notes:」

    **Link Adjacent Text：**让文本在一起，以便在行间或者页内不会被分开

    **Singular/Plural：**单复数间的变化，如「editor」与「editors」
* 以下内容只能在「Start each reference with」内可以通过「Insert Field」列表中选择插入
* * **Reference Type：**显示每个文献的类型

    **Label：** 显示每个文献的「Label」字段内的内容

    **Citation：** 显示每个文献文中输出格式

    **Bibliography Number：**显示每个标题下的文献的顺序号

    **Record Number：**显示每个文献的数据库编号
* 以下信息仅能在「End each reference with」中插入
* * **Label：**显示每个文献的「Label」字段内的内容

    **Keywords：**每个文献「Keywords」字段中的内容

    **Abstract：**每个文献「Abstract」字段中的内容

    **Notes：**每个文献「Notes」中的内容

    **Record Number：**每个文献的数据库编号

### Hanging Indent

在下拉列表中选择悬挂缩进的方式

### Numbering References Begnning

输入标题下文献的起始编号，如果当前输出格式的文献目录不是编号形式，当前设置将无效
