如何设置文献的读和未读

### Mark a reference as read upon

这个选择是设置判断文献何时是已读状态，有3个选项，可以多选

**Viewing it in a stand-alone Reference window：**某个打开单独的文献查看窗口查看时就自动变成已读

**Viewing it in the Reference, PDF, or Preview within the Library window：**打开分页窗口 Reference，Preview 和 PDF Viewer 面板任一个时即为已读

**Changing its rating：**改变文献评级时

### Library Window

选中「Show unread references in bold text」时未读文献以粗体显示，如果不选中那么未读和已读字体上没有区别，只是前面的已读和未读状态上的差别而已

### 已读/未读特点

* 所有的新文献默认为未读
* 默认文献列表窗口第一列是已读/未读，但是可以通过 [Display Fields ](/preferences/display-fields-preferences.md)选项改变这种排序。还是别改吧，这样挺好
* 文献前的阅读状态可以手动更改，点击文献前的小球可在已读/未读状态前切换，未读是实心灰色小球，已读时是空心环状小球
* EndNote 会自动保存手动更改的阅读状态
* 可以一次性选择多个文献然后右击批量修改阅读状态
