# 3.7 拼写检查

[开始拼写检查](/references/spell-checking/starting-spell-check.md)前需有选中一个文本，不然拼写检查不可用。

选中文本，选择拼写，如果有其他打开的记录，EndNote 提示检查这些记录。

EndNote 的拼写检查不适用于作者 (Author, Secondary Author, Tertiary Author, Subsidiary Author, Translated Author) 和URL，图形和附件
