# 打印文献注意事项

* 如果显示的是数据库窗口，可以选择打印选中的文献或者文献列表窗口显示的所有文献
* 如果某个文献是打开查看的，EndNote 将显示该文献的详细信息
* 排序会取消选中的文献，因此如果想打印选中的文献，要先排序

除了选择的输出格式外，打印的外观还取决于以下方面

* 文献的样式由输出格式决定，如果想改变排序，须修改相应的输出格式。如果导出的文献与当前文献列表窗口显示的顺序一致，修改输出格式的排序为「Order of appearance」
* 每个打印页面的布边距是1英寸，左对齐，左上角显示数据库名称，页码在右上角。这些选项在 EndNote 内不能调节，需要调节使用打印设置
* 如果字体是 TTF 字体，打印的字体取决于「General」中的设置，否则字体将会替换。依次打开 EndNote 菜单 Edit >> Preferences >> Display Fonts，确保是选择中的 TTF 字体
* 菜单 File >> Print Setup 可以设置打印程序或打印机
