# 术语表设置

依次打开菜单 Edit >> Preferences >> Term Lists

EndNot e数据库默认有3个术语表：Authors, Journals, 和 Keywords。术语表在数据库添加文献时会自动更新。这些术语表中的术语也可以「Suggest Terms as You Type」功能方便的输入数据。此功能会在输入时自动完成。例如在作者部分输入作者姓名时，如果术语表中有此作者，输入前几个字母会自动提示完成。如果术语表中没有相应的作者，第一次输入时会以红色显示，但是第二次输入会自动完成

选中时导入文献或者粘贴文献术语表自动更新，如果不选中的话术语表在导入文献时就不会自动更新，但是可以[手动更新术语表](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/09TermLists/Manually_Updating_TrmLsts.htm)。[科研动力](http://www.howsci.com)建议选中
