# 编辑引文

如果插入未格式化引文，可以直接编辑即可。如果是编辑所有引文，需要修改输出格式，如果是编辑已格式化的少量引文，或者个别输出格式要求与其他输出格式不一样，需要下面的方法

### 编辑格式化后引文方法

1. 在文中选择需要编辑的引文
2. 打开 EndNote 工具栏，选择「Edit & Manage Citations」
3. 根据情况选择以下选项\
   \
   **Default Format：**服从当前输出格式\
   **Display as: Author (Year)：**显示为Author (Year)格式\
   **Exclude Author：**引文中不要作者\
   **Exclude Year：**引文中不要年代\
   **Show Only in Bibliography：**文中引文不显示，只在文末的参考文献列表中显示\
   **Prefix：**添加前缀\
   **Suffix：**添加后缀\
   **Pages：**添加页码作为「Cited Pages」显示，输出格式中引文模板或者脚注模板要同时包含「Cited Pages」字段
4. 引文编辑窗口，引文的右侧的「Edit Reference」下拉列表还可以选择\
   \
   **Insert：**同样的位置插入一个文献\
   **Remove：**删除文中该引文\
   **Edit Library Refence：**直接打开 EndNote 文献编辑窗口编辑该文献\
   **Find Refence Updates：**在线更新文献信息 **Update from my Libray:**从数据库中更新文献信息，尤其是在插入引文后，又在数据库中编辑过该引文
5. OK 保存修改内容

编辑完毕后，要重新格式化一下引文，可以选择「Update Citations and Bibliography」或者「Bibliography」组右下角的箭头再确定
