# 收费数据库

EndNote 有很多预设的连接文件连接[免费数据库](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/online-databases/Free_Databases.htm)，但是有的数据库是要花钱才能访问检索，这多是一些商业公司，如 OVID

如果访问收费数据库，需要输入账号和密码。如果没有账号和密码，但是学校图书馆购买了数据库，又是利用的校园网，也可以访问这些收费数据库。也可以使用代理服务器的方法访问收费数据库

如果是校园网访问收费数据库，需要编辑连接文件，依次打开菜单 Edit >> Connection Files >> Open Connection Manager，找到相应的连接文件然后编辑。在新打开的连接文件编辑窗口中选择 Connection Settings，选择 Login Information Required，清除里面的账号和密码，然后保存连接文件。利用新修改的连接文件再次连接在线数据库即可

如果是通过代理服务器的方式访问收费数据库，要设置 Internet 代理设置，因为 EndNote 没有设置代理的地方，而是使用浏览器的代理设置。详见[连接错误](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/Appendices/Problems_Connecting.htm)国的代理服务器部分
