# 打印预览格式化效果

预览打印效果

1. 确保需要打印的文献显示于 EndNote 窗口中\
   \
   可以选中文献，然后在菜单 References >> Show Selected References
2. 如果想进一步限制打印的文献，选中这些文献
3. 菜单 Edit >> Output Styles 选择一个输出格式
4. 打印的样式取决于当前所使用的输出格式，如果想修改排序，须修改输出格式
   1. 依次打开菜单 Edit >> Output Styles >> Open Style Manager
   2. 选中需要修改的输出格式，然后「Edit」
   3. Bibliography >> Sort Order
   4. 如果想和当前文献列表窗口显示顺序一样，选择「Order of appearance」
   5. 关闭输出格式
5. 依次打开菜单 File >> Print Preview
