# 参考文献分类显示

这个选项可以在文章中把参考文献进行分类显示，如科研动力的[EndNote 为参考文献分类显示](http://www.howsci.com/endnote-categoried-refs.html)一文就是利用了这个功能

在 EndNote 工具栏，选择 Categorize References >> Configure Categories 就可以打开分类配置对话框。左侧面板有两个部分「References」和「Uncategorized References」

**All References in Bibliography**\
显示文中所引文的全部文献，选中该项时右侧的面板会显示以下信息

* Author
* Year
* Title
* Reference Type
* Category

面板下文显示文献的相应的详细信息

**Uncategorized References**\
这个部分显示的是未分类的全部文献

#### **Category Headings**

这个部分显示分类的文献，可以通过最上方的「Category Headings」左侧的 (+)增加分类

#### 在 Word 中生成分类参考文献目录

可以在撰写文章时就先分类，当然也可以在任何时候修改分类

1. 打开 Word
2. 选择 EndNote 工具栏
3. 依次选择 Categorize References  >> Configure Categories
4. 通过最上方的「Category Headings」左侧的 (+)增加一个空白分类
5. 输入分类别称，如 Journals，放置杂志类引文
6. 继续创建新分类
7. 通过拖放把文献拖到相应的分类中
8. 继续上一个过程，直到所有文献都分类完毕
9. 选择「Uncategorized References」看看还有没有未分类的文献

这样文末的参考文献就会分类进行显示了，详见[EndNote为参考文献分类显示](http://www.howsci.com/endnote-categoried-refs.html)。还可以通过拖放分类标题进行类别排序

#### 分类显示文献说明

* 分类的排序决定了其中Word中的排序
* 每个分类的名称应该唯一
* 在类别中删除文献不会删除文中的参考文献
