# 插入注释

有些杂志要求文末的参考文献要包含注释，此时注释也像引文一样编号，列入参考文献后。这种形式只能是数字型输出格式

### 参考文献中插入文本作为注释方法

1. 把光标放置于需要修改的引文数字上
2. 在 EndNote 工具栏选择 Insert Citation >> Insert Note
3. 在跳出的对话框中输入内容，字数没有限制
4. OK

当文章使用数字型输出格式格式化后，插入的注释也会排序编号，注释内容在文末参考文献列表中

### 手动输入注释内容

1. 光标在需要放置注释的地方
2. 以大括号括起来，并且以「NOTE:」开头，例如：

{NOTE: The translations of EndNote help was by Howsci.com...}

### 使用「NOTE」特点的一些限制

* 该特性需要数字型输出格式，否则注释内容会出现在文中
* 只能输入字母和数字，不能输入图形，公式或者符号
* 文本中不能使用临时引文分隔符，其他标记如编号标记，前缀标记，以及多个引用分隔符也不能使用
* 注意不能与正常的引文分隔符(如括号或方括号)有相同的设置
