# 连接文件管理器

EndNote 提供了数百种的连接文件，默认在 EndNote 安装文件夹下的 Connections 子文件夹内只存储了最知名的一些数据库的连接文件。用户还可以安装新的连接文件，详见[安装连接文件](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/21Installing%20EndNote%20/Installing_AdditionalConnectFiles.htm)

打开连接文件管理器可以依次打开 Edit >> Connection Files >> Open Connection Manager.

连接管理器列举了所有在 EndNote 安装文件夹下的 Connections 子文件夹内可用的连接文件，以及新建或者修改过的连接文件。可以把某个连接文件设置为偏好或者编辑

### 定位需要的连接文件

* 如果知道连接文件的名称，可以直接输入连接文件名称的首字母
* 选择 Find By 按钮，然后选择一个连接文件公司，如 Ovid，查看特定提供商下的连接文件
* 选择 Find By 和 All Connections 可以返回所有连接文件窗口
* 选择列表标题栏进行排序
* 选择 More Info 按键显示连接文件的更多信息，或者选择 Less Info 按钮隐藏详细信息

### 连接文件偏好设置

如果某个连接文件常用到，可以设置为偏好连接文件。在连接文件管理窗口，选择需要的连接文件进行标记即可。注意最多只能设置 500 个连接文件为偏好文件

还可以设置某个连接文件提供商所有的连接文件为偏好，使用 Find by 按钮，然后选择一个公司，再选择 Mark All 按钮即可
