# 13. 导入文献

### 直接从在线数据库检索文献

在线检索文献可以导入 EndNote 数据库中，详见[检索在线数据库简介](https://app.gitbook.com/s/06Remote/Intro_to_SrchingOnlineDBs.htm)

### 导入文献数据文件

有很在线多数据库支持导出 EndNote 格式文件(如 PubMed 等等)，然后导入到EndNote中。另外还可以手动建立特殊格式的文本文件(如制表符格式或标签格式数据)再导入到 EndNote 数据库。还可以导出其他软件导出的数据

导入这些数据首先要了解数据文件的格式(见[格式和相应的导入选项简介](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/SummaryOutptFrmtsImprtOpts.htm)和[正确选择格式](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/Getting_Data_intheRightFrmt.htm))，然后选择相应的 [导入选项](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/Import_Option_List.htm)

如果数据文件的格式正确，自己也知道相应的导入选项，就可以通过[导入文献一般过程](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/General_Importing_Instrctns.htm)中的方法导入文献了

**注：**虽然 EndNote 提供了多种导入方法，但是有时需要自己[创建导入筛选器](https://app.gitbook.com/s/16Filters/Creating_a_New_Filter.htm)才能正确导入文献，甚至这些方法都不用些，只能通过[复制粘贴](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/Copying_nPstngRefsDoctoEN.htm)的方法添加文献了。建议先尝试导入到一个新的数据库，如果能够正确导入后再导入到需要的数据库中
