# 创建新术语表

**创建新术语表方法**

1. 依次打开菜单 Tools >> Define Term Lists
2. 选择 Create List，输入术语表名称。名称不能与已有术语表同名
3. OK
4. 如果是创建期刊术语表，第3步前选中「Journal List」，可以创建期刊不同缩写形式，这种形式可用于特殊的参考文献期刊缩写形式，详见[参考文献的期刊缩写](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/term-lists/Creating_Bibs_WJrnlAbrvs.htm)。预设的期刊术语表早设置为多列列表，用于非期刊字段的期刊术语表最多不能超过4列

**注：**新术语表必须[关联](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/term-lists/Linking_TermLists_to_Flds.htm)栏目才能起作用
