# 临时引文和格式化引文

格式化的引文是根据相应的引文格式格式化的形式，一般可以分分数字型和作者年代型，如：

>  ... the translaton of EndNote help by Howsci1.

>  ... the translaton of EndNote help by Howsci (Howsci, 2015)

复制数据库的文献时，一般是临时引文格式，此时以大括号包裹：

 {Author, Year #Record Number}

当格式化时，格式化引文会代替临时引文

**临时引文：**  `{Howsci, 2015 #11}`

**格式化引文 (APA):** `(Howsci, 2015)`

格式化后也会生成相应的参考文献目录。格式化时，EndNote 扫描临时引文中的内容，并且在 EndNote 数据库查找相应的文献，生成文中的引文和文末的参考文献目录。此时的文件称为格式化的文件

**注：**临时引文的标识符一般是大括号，但是也可以自定义。如果是自定义，临时引文的标识符也要修改成相应的符号
