# 数据库损坏

其实我还是认为[EndNote出现 This library appears to be damaged 怎么破](http://www.howsci.com/endnote-this-library-appears-to-be-damaged.html)写的不错，呵呵。数据库随时都可能出现损坏，因此：

1. 时刻备份，至少要保留两个备份
2. 如果数据库出现损坏，参阅[恢复损坏的数据](https://app.gitbook.com/s/-LrgCHEEK5wsSALfCziF/04Library/recovering_a_DamagedLib.htm)或科研动力的 [EndNote 正确恢复数据库方法](http://www.howsci.com/endnote-the-proper-process-for-recovering-library-files.html)

**注：**因为 Macintosh 系统的 Bug，当存储数据库在 SMB (Windows) 服务器上时，可能会遇到数据库损坏，可以从 OS 10.4.x 访问数据库，并修改所需的索引数据。如果发生了这种情况，把数据库复制到本地电脑，然后恢复
