# APA 6版格式

APA 6th 设置可以显示前6位作者(或编者)，然后是跟着一个逗号和省略号(,...)。

1. 依次打开菜单Edit >> Output Styles >> Open Style Manager
2. 从[格式管理器](https://kb.howsci.com/output-style/the-style-manager)中选择 APA 6th引文格式，然后选择编辑
3. 在格式编辑窗口选择 Bibliography 的A uthor Lists(或者如果想编辑编者的话就选择 Editor Lists)under the Bibliography.
4. 选择 If eight or more authors,list the first 6 authors,insert,...and add the last author's name
5. 依次菜单File >> Save As
6. 起个霸气的名字吧，比如 HowSci APA 6th，然后保存

**注：**默认的省略作者是", ..."但是也可以改成其他形式，如et al.或者你想输入啥都行

**注：**当设置保存，会覆盖面板上方的作者或者编者的分隔符

下面的例子就是APA 6th的引文格式
