# 图形和表格

Figures& Tables 是有关图形和表格的设置，表格是 "Chart or Table" 文献类型中的图形(Figure)栏目以图形的形式插入的表。而图形是其他文献类型在图形栏目插入的图形。图形和表格的设置都在 Figures& Tables 下，有各自的设置，也有共同的设置

### 位置

打开格式编辑窗口，选择左侧的 Figures & Tables，在 Figures& Tables 右侧都有一个Placement选项。在位置选项一选择图形在Word中放置的位置，可以是Insert figures in-text near the reference to the figure，也可以是Insert figures as list at the end of the document。第一种是在文中引文处插入，第二种是在文末插入。

### 说明文字

Caption是图表的说明文字，都很简单，一看就懂，不外于在图表的说明文字放在哪里而已

**注：**EndNote在Word中插入图形时的标签是"Figure #"，表格是"Table #"。说明文字是在文献Caption栏目输入的文本
